Refund Policy

A refund will be given for service charges cancelled within the first 30 days.* The refund will be pro-rated by day depending on the number of days the services were available (i.e. if refund request is 15 days into the 30 day billing cycle you will be refunded half of your service charge).

After the first 30 days there are no refunds. Failure to pay at the beginning of your billing cycle will result in termination of services. There will be a 7 day grace period during which your service can be re-instated without incurring additional setup fees.

Setup fees are Non-Refundable. They go to the branding of your Appointment Page and Database Setup.

Custom development work is Non-Refundable unless specifically stated in terms of contract, but may be refunded at the sole discretion of Redefine Impossible. Custom development terms are generally billed at 50% of estimated development costs upfront with the remaining due at product delivery. For larger projects, 50% of estimated development costs for each “development phase” are due up front with the remaining due at time of phase delivery. These general terms can be negotiated in the contract prior to development starting.
